ADS-TEC Industrial IT Hackathon
Join the ADS-TEC Industrial IT Hackathon on November 5 and 6, focusing on OT security and automation technology. Two days of collaboration on real-world challenges with like-minded students, specialists and decision-makers from ADS-TEC, plus a certificate of participation and the option to have your results implemented!

Das Event findet auf Deutsch statt.
Open to students in the relevant field, computer science or related disciplines; programming skills are required. Researchers and young professionals who want to test their expertise on a real industrial challenge are also very welcome.
NXTGN Founders Excursion
At the NXTGN Founders Excursion talents can dive deeper into the startup world by getting to know key players of the startup ecosystem in Baden-Württemberg. In this edition, you’ll have the chance to discover the exciting opportunities offered by the Campus Founders in Heilbronn.
Date: November 27, 2026; Approx. 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

LBBW Excursion
Are you in the later semesters of your bachelor's or master's degree, with a focus on business administration, banking, capital markets or a similar field, and would you like to get to know LBBW first-hand? Then this event is just right for you.
Take a look behind the scenes of one of Germany's largest state banks! During the half-day LBBW Excursion, you'll gain exclusive on-site insights, from the corporate culture and individual workshops to networking with inspiring professionals. Look forward to exciting perspectives and a wide range of career opportunities.

Talent Excursion & Hackathon
with Festo and Vector
Talent Excursion On an exciting bus tour, you'll get to meet two key players in Baden-Württemberg's tech and IT sectors in just one day: Festo and Vector Informatik!
Date: Talent Excursion: 30. April 2027
Location: Start and Ending at Stuttgart Main Station
Hackathon At a hackathon hosted by Festo or Vector, you can get a deeper look into the day-to-day operations of these companies and work as a team to solve a tricky challenge.

Location: Hackathon Festo: Head Quarter, Esslingen

You can attend either event separately or both together.

HackXplore 2027
HackXplore is one of the biggest Hackathons in Baden-Württemberg. At HackXplore, you have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions for real-world challenges presented by various companies.

Frequently asked questions about Talent Experience
You should currently be studying at a college or university, regardless of the semester. In general, you do not need any previous knowledge of the subject or methodology, just an interest in the topic! If prior knowledge is required for a specific course, this will be explicitly mentioned in the course text.
That depends entirely on the challenge in question. In any case, the most important thing is your motivation. We decide in advance together with the respective company whether it is a good fit or not.
