Talent Excursion & Hackathon Experience
The Talent Excursion & Hackathon Experience combines a company excursion with two simultaneously running hackathons at Festo and Vector. You decide whether to join one or both events.
This event is aimed at students of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Digital Engineering, and related fields, with programming skills as a prerequisite.
Talent Excursion

16th October, 2026 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Location:
The bus journey starts and ends at Stuttgart Central Station, with stops at Vector in Stuttgart and Festo in Esslingen.
During the Talent Excursion, you'll get to know two companies in a single day: Festo and Vector Informatik. Gain insights into their company culture, explore career opportunities, attend expert talks and guided tours, and connect with industry professionals and like-minded students.
As always, The event is completely free of charge!
The event will be held in English. Basic German skills are welcome, but not required.
