The NXTGN Job Matchmaking Event brings ambitious founders together with intrinsically motivated talents who are eager to take on responsibility and drive innovation forward with full energy.

What awaits you
The NXTGN Job Matchmaking Event will take place in a unique atmosphere at the Cannstatter Wasen. On site, innovative startups will meet committed talents and exciting new opportunities.
Whether potential founders, co-founders, employees, freelancers, student assistants, or interns, this is where people come together who truly want to make a difference.
In several 30-minute sessions, startups and talents will have the opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxed Wasen atmosphere. During each session, a startup will meet up to six pre-selected talents who could be a perfect match for their current challenges and visions.

Whether you are a potential co-founder, developer, business talent, marketer, freelancer, working student or intern or would like to become one — here you have the opportunity to meet innovative startups and talk directly with the founders in person.
Our NXTGN matchmaking system helps you find the right startup and connect specifically with the team that matches your skills, interests, and goals. Connect with potential colleagues and essentially have your job interview directly on site in a relaxed atmosphere.

Are you a startup with several open positions? First, complete the general form once. For each additional role you would like to fill, use the short version of the form available on our website.
Important note: Registration via the form does not constitute confirmation of participation or a ticket to the event.
After registration, we will carefully review all submitted profiles and identify suitable matches. Please note that the matching process may take some time. We will contact you by email by September 25, 2026 to confirm whether you have been selected to participate in the NXTGN Co-Founder Matchmaking Event at the Gründer*innenwasen on October 7, 2026.
