THE CHALLENGE
Why companies fall short of their potential
Most companies we speak with already have AI on their agenda — but rarely in actual implementation. Between “we should do something with AI” and “AI is running productively” lies a gap where most initiatives disappear:
Workshops generate lists, but no prioritization based on ROI logic and make-or-buy clarity.
IT, Fachbereich und Geschäftsführung reden aneinander vorbei. Was technisch machbar ist, ist nicht das, was wirtschaftlich Sinn macht und umgekehrt.
After the workshop, a vacuum emerges. Who takes over? Build internally? Search for vendors? And which provider delivers real solutions instead of just selling slides?
AI is no longer a “nice to have” — it is an economic lever.
OUR SOLUTION
AI Process Workshop
In our two-day workshop, we identify concrete efficiency potential, simplify internal processes, and sustainably reduce costs by applying artificial intelligence exactly where it creates measurable value.

Workshop based on the AI Design Sprint®
A structured workshop format based on the Danish 33A methodology and facilitated by certified NXTGN coaches. The outcome: prioritized use cases and well-founded management pitches.
2 days — on-site at your company or at an external location

Startup Matching
For every identified use case, we assess: Which startup has already built your solution — or a similar one? This saves time, money, and resources.
Scouting excellence through our proprietary database (International and early-stage startup access)

Implementation Partners
Through our network of implementation partners, we ensure a smooth transition from workshop to productive deployment.
Our network enables fast implementation.
CONCRETE OUTPUTS
Was am Ende des Workshops auf eurem Schreibtisch liegt
You are not buying a workshop experience. You are buying a result you can continue working with the very next day.
Top AI applications across your value chain, evaluated based on impact, complexity, and implementation horizon.
For each prioritized use case, a reliable initial estimate of savings potential, investment costs, and time-to-value.
For each use case: build in-house, integrate a start-up solution, or work with an implementation partner — including concrete candidates from our network.
Preparation of the results into a concise, management-level pitch — backed by all key numbers, data, and facts, ready for decision-making discussions.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The workshop is designed for companies that want to identify and implement AI potential within their organization.
You are welcome to bring existing use cases — but it is not required. Together, we examine one or multiple business areas and assess where untapped potential exists.
Ideally, participants should be familiar with the internal processes of the respective business area and motivated to drive change.
Corporate clients pay a fixed fee per team or business unit. Additional costs for location and catering may apply.
